I am a UX Research Leader with a proven track record in UX research strategy and prioritization, coaching and mentoring, and team development. I have doctorate-level knowledge in psychometrics, qualitative and quantitative UX methodologies, and data triangulation. I excel in defining and executing research programs that align with business needs, managing and coaching teams of researchers, and leading both generative and evaluative research using a range of methodologies.

I lead strategic research efforts, partner cross-functionally with multiple teams to drive products towards both success for the customer and business, and manage a team of researchers to deliver high-quality, actionable research.
